Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crème fraîche or sour cream

  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish

  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)

Step 1

Combine crème fraîche and half of the horseradish, adding one tablespoon at a time until desired intensity is reached.

Step 2

Add the salt and white pepper. Taste for seasoning and adjust for personal preference.
